Somatic Experiencing® Advanced Student,
Naturopath & Certified Yoga Teacher
I am driven by a simple conviction: even when everything seems cut off or silent, a thread remains — in the body, in the breath, in sensitive memory. My own journey has led me to explore what is not easily spoken: the inner movements, the absences, the invisible tensions that mark both body and relationships.
It is through this listening — slow, respectful, and grounded — that I chose to support those seeking repair, soothing, or reconnection. Today, through Le Fil Invisible™, I offer accompaniment that integrates Somatic Experiencing®, yoga, and naturopathy, in a safe space centered on body and connection.
Through listening to the body and its sensations, I offer a path back to oneself. An invisible thread slowly rewoven between what was lost and what can be reborn. My intention is to create a gentle, grounded, and creative space where transformation becomes possible.
So that every difficult experience may one day become a passage. So that your story can be rewritten differently. And so that you may rediscover within yourself what was never truly gone: your quiet strength, your full presence, and that precious bond… to yourself, to others, to life.
My background
Creative and curious, I have always been fascinated by the human body, movement, and holistic health. Although I grew up in a family of medical professionals, I chose a complementary path: that of natural and integrative health.
My university studies in psychosociology of communication allowed me to develop a deep understanding of human relationships, the dynamics of change, and the factors that profoundly shape our behaviors and balance.
My practice and years of teaching in naturopathy have given me a rigorous yet intuitive capacity: discerning root causes, building connections, and offering approaches tailored to each person. Trained in aromatherapy, I integrate essential oils into my naturopathic work to support emotional balance, strengthen vitality, and accompany the body’s natural process of self-regulation.
The body has always been my anchor point. With yoga, I learned to listen beyond words. With Somatic Experiencing®, I came to understand that the body is where connection can be restored, where life can once again flow.
With over 20 years of experience in the world of health and movement, I now offer a deeply relational, embodied, and integrative approach — to accompany those who wish to reconnect with the thread of an inner bond, often forgotten… yet always alive.
