One-on-one sessions
Personalized 60 minutes online sessions (Zoom) to support you in exploring your inner sensations, regulating your nervous system, and reconnecting with what longs to be heard within you. The body becomes the place of healing — where the thread of connection, though strained or hidden, can gently be rediscovered.
My approach is somatic, embodied, and always attuned to your individual rhythm.
Yoga classes
Personalized 60 or 75 minutes yoga classes offered privately or in small groups, adapted to your needs and level.
Styles offered: hatha, vinyasa, yin, and restorative, chair yoga with optional pranayama (breathwork), somatic exercises and yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation).


Thematic workshops & reconnection spaces
Thematic workshops or circles — online or in person — exploring connection, body awareness, emotional regulation, and inner resources.
Each space is designed to foster presence, self-anchoring, and a renewed sense of inner safety.
