Relational Trauma
This category addresses the lasting impact of prolonged relational stress on the nervous system, identity, and sense of self. Rather than focusing on a single traumatic event, it explores how repeated exposure to instability, constraint, or emotional unpredictability can lead to chronic activation, freezing, and erosion of inner safety. The emphasis is on what remains in the body and perception once the relationship itself is no longer the only issue.
